E-Frontiers is a specialist recruitment company, headquartered in ireland, with offices in five countries operating globally.
In conjunction with islandbridge Brand Development the brand went through a strategic repositioning with the business focusing more on global key talent. E-Frontiers briefed Crilly & Wardell to invigorate their brand and create an ‘iconic’ communications design system, immediately recognisable, and future-proofed.
The main focus of the design brief was to identify a unique visual language for all the brand’s communications. It needed to span continents and have relevance in all the markets and sectors they operate in.
The concept of a ‘conductor’ of talent brought us the the swirl of sparks, release of energy, realised as a graphic element, forming the core of the logo design.
From there, we created all visual assets for the brand – ‘designing in’ energy and movement to the communications through new photography, iconography, visual language and a new confidence in brand communication.
We also developed a new tagline – ‘Potential Realised.’
We delivered an entirely new visual language for the brand along with a flexible design system that ensures maximum standout and clear distinction for E-Frontiers amongst it’s competitors.
